Here is a picture of us at dinner at Pt Douglas. We were still getting used to the time change
and almost dozed off at dinner since service was slow. The Aussies we noticed ate very late.
When we showed up to dinner on a couple occasions at 6pm, we were the only ones there
at the restaurant. The other pictures are pictures of the bungalow. The place looked actually
a lot nicer than the pictures represent. Then we headed off to the Habitat Preserve in Pt Douglas
to see the native animals such as the Koalas, the Cassowary (a flightless bird like an emu and
ostrich) and of course kangaroos and wallabies. We had breakfast there at the Habitat, so
below is a picture of Amy scoping out the breakfast and trying to put every imaginable tropical
fruit on her plate and eat it before the birds would swoop down for a taste.
